Monthly Rent:

• The rent is $180 for singlewide homes and $190 to $205 for doublewide homes.
• Water, sewer and trash are extra.
• There is a $200 refundable security deposit required upon approval for residency and a $10 per adult application fee.
• Payments for rent, water, sewer and trash are due on the 1st of each month.
