Monthly Rent:

• Lot rent is $190 per month for singlewide homes and $200 to $215 per month for doublewide homes. Water, sewer and trash are extra.
• This is for space rent to homeowners only; we do not rent mobile homes.
• There is a $200 refundable security deposit required upon approval for residency and a $10 per adult application fee.
• Payments for rent, water, sewer and trash are due on the 1st of each month.
• Space rent to RVs is available for long term only.
